Winning short documentaries from filmmakers on the theme “Think Anew, Act Anew”

This year’s films bring the theme to life through bold, original stories—from a trailblazing civil rights activist and an Afro-Puerto Rican dancer who transformed cultural representation, to a comic book visionary who resisted censorship, and Deaf community advocates who fought to preserve American Sign Language.

The program is a partnership between the Lincoln Presidential Foundation and The Better Angels Society and is funded through the Amy Margerum Berg Education Fund.
